Thanks for creating a great web site.
some comments:
*the advice about getters and setters is bad, because Proguard optimises these functions out anyway
*You do not need to make PNGs 16-bit for alpha-tranparency. PNGQuant can make 8-bit alpha-transparent pngs (also PNGOutWin)
* Beware of using >> on negative numbers it will return -1 when the correct result should be 0 (i.e -10>>8 should be 0, but it returns -1)
